The following service terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CJdropshipping Academy platform (“CJdropshipping Academy” or the “Site”), owned and operated by CJdropshipping (also referred to as “we”).

Please read these Terms carefully before you start using CJdropshipping Academy. By using CJdropshipping Academy you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site. These Terms are supplemental to CJdropshipping.com’s general terms of service, which also apply to CJdropshipping Academy.

CJdropshipping Academy is a marketplace for online courses specialized in dropshipping business (the “Courses”), available solely to CJdropshipping users. All Courses are made by instructors (the “Instructors”). CJdropshipping will select the experts in the dropshipping industry all over the world to make the courses.

Copyright Infringement. Instructors warrant that any content included in their Courses are original work conceived by the Instructors and shall not infringe any third party rights, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks or service marks. In the event that certain music or stock-footage media are incorporated within the Courses, Instructors represent and warrant that they hold a valid license to use such music and/or footage and to include them in the Courses.

CJdropshipping will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement.

License. When you register to a Course, the Instructors grant you a limited, non-transferable right to view the Course and its collateral materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise transfer or use the Course. 

Payment. Courses are paid for in advance. You may purchase a Course using PayPal only. You may be charged with indirect taxes (such as sales tax, VAT or GST) depending on your residency, location and any applicable law, in addition to the Course price shown on the Course page.

Discounts & Promo Codes. We may offer you promo codes to be used for purchasing Courses on the Site at special discounts. To exercise your promo code, simply enter the code on the checkout page.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. neither CJdropshipping nor any person associated with CJdropshipping presentation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy or availability of the website. the foregoing does not affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Limitation on Liability

In no event will CJdropshipping, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the site, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites or any courses or items obtained through the website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend your account should we notice any activity we determine fraudulent or inappropriate. 

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, we will make a new copy of the Terms available on this page.

You understand and agree that if you use the Site after the date on which the Terms have changed, we will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to close or suspend the Site and/or the CJdropshipping Academy platform at any time but with notice in advance.
